like wouldnt it be hard for a car with body kits to get lifted up for an oil change at the mechanic?
or if the dude had to jack up his car to change his tire
is there a way around this?

im wondering this because my friend wants a full body kits for his 99 accord sedan

Hi Members...
As with any lowered vehicle you must position your bottle jacks or floor jacks carefully so that you dont get the body kit bent in when your working on the vehicle...carefully lift her up and watch that you dont crack any panels..when the tires are going on were really cautious because of the size increase of the tire packages that are being sold..just take your time and position the jacks in the best area you can...

some people will acually drive their car up onto a 2 by 4 peice of wood to get enough clearance for a jack.....I would not go any lower than 4" from the street to the lowest point on the car....

another trick is to come in from the rear of the car where the kits are not as low and jack up the rear first and then come into the side and jack up the front

This is also a good way as he points out here..we also have many boards and chunks of wood around the shop just for that purpose..

Good point there YeuEmMaiMai ..Thanks
