How to remove 6 disc changer unit, 05 accord lx coupe?

I'm not replacing the factory head unit, i simply would like to get it out of the dash! I need to get to the door speaker/dash speaker wires so i can amp them. Also need to get to the antenna plug for my xm direct adapter. Thanks.

ive got an 06 accord Special Edition, i dont have an XM radio button, but i do have the 6 cd in dash. do you know which one id have to plug it into for the ipod? (those 3 white pieces behind the head unit)

yeah, its the one on the bottom of the unit, u have to get an adapter i think, im doing this also.

ya you'll need an adapter, then do the whole removing thing. You will have three connector at the back of the unit.
Since you dont have XM you cant go wrong as there will be only one connector free. You connect your IPod adapter unit
to it. After you are done turn your radio on & hit the CD/AUX button twice and you are all done.
