Hey everyone. I'm new to the forums. I drive a 92 Accord EX with a 97 H22a swap, and a few other mods. I also have a rather large fire hydrant dent in my car that I am fixing this summer

I was going around a curve at about 40, and there was ice on the road. My back tires broke lose and i spun out and hit the fire hydrant. That was a sad day. The dent is actually about a foot deep.

ouch! I've actually got a 81' civic station wagon I drive during the winter for that exact reason... you can't predict crap like that hopefully it isn't to hard to fix... did it affect the trunk/trunk lid at all?

i too have had a fire hydrant chase me down in a blind rage and just kick the crap outta my car... i hate those little guys - they come out of nowhere and then BAM!

trees don't seem to like me either...

Haha, glad to hear i'm not the only one! Nope, the trunk lid is fine, besides a few scratches from me having to bang the quarter panel off of it to be able to open my trunk. It didn't even mess up the back bumper any either. But, to get it completely fixed... $2000. However, i'm just having them cut it off. I've got a welder, so I'm just going to put a new panel on myself.
