wHICH IS BETTER TO TURBO A F22A OR A H22A. AND WHAT INTERNAL MODS DO I HAVE TO DO TO RUN HIGHER PSI LIKE AROUND 15 OR 20 PSI.

F22 is better suited for boost since it's a SOHC and a tad less compression.... As for internals you'll want forged rods and pistons at the very least.... check out www.f22parts.com for a TON of stuff for the f22

H22A tends to be a much better N/A build

15-20 psi??? Even with the upgraded internals the engine might last a couple days on 15psi and a day on 20psi....

It can be done for the right $$$$$.  Full sleve job, head, camshaft, etc.   Better off buying a crate race motor.

As long as the bottom end is built and supported right and its tuned properly, the engine should last 100k miles if not more. Even a stock F23 has been shown to hold 17psi with no problems. Its all in the tuning.

If anyone can't find out what they need to know from this thread - you shouldn't be considering turbocharging your motor - http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1983967&page=1
