KARR LX-1 security system

Hello,
This is my first car... I have 2007 EXL V4 which comes with Honda factory installed security system. The dealer has also installed KARR LX-1 security system which has only additional shock sensor (So, if someone will hit the car or break the glass the alarm will come up). The dealer has charged me additional $350 for this.
Couple of days back I called dealer and said that I do not want this KARR security system and they have agreed to de-active this and refund my money. But, before I go for that I would like to know:
Is it really useful to have this KARR security system which has only shock sensor as extra (rest all is already there with Honda security)?
Is the price $350 reasonable or they are charging too much?

To much. For a little more you can get a security system with a two way remote.  Meaning it will notify you if your alarm has gone off and where. Check out Best Buys alarms.  The Viper ones.

I agree with 19 Accord on this..the viper will serve it's purpose for you vehicle..make sure you get all your money from your dealer...
