my stock wheels are all jacked up!

look at the pics below.  It''s an 11 year old accord 4 banger 4 door se with 180,000 miles.  runs great but the wheels are jacked up.  Can''t afford new rims.  I have new lugs and center caps but am I just polishing a turd here?  What can be done to make these at least somewhat better?  Thanks in advance.

Those will have to be refinished or painted, they are too far gone.

Hey firelion where are you at and are all 4 wheels that bad looking...
