Hey all, i just got a 2001 honda accord ex v6 coupe, I heard from friends that 17's are the way to go without mods, or rubbing, what do you guys think?

Thanks

Thats absolutely a great way to go.  You can probably even get 18s in there without rubbing, but Im not sure of it.  I have 17s with 225/45/17 tires, no rubs at all on my car, although Im still at stock height.

I've got a 2dr. 99 accord with 18's (pictured to the left) and I am about to upgrade to 19's. To me the 18's don't fill in the fenderwells enough. If u get 18 or 19's just make sure the width is 7 or 7.5" and it won't rub.

Yah you should be fine with the 18's, i originally was going to get 17's for the same reason you stated. But i found some 18's that looked good and were a garunteed fit at wheelmax.com so i went w/ them. Look great just need a drop now haha

not a fan of big rims. .18's would be my max. .but im gonna get some 17's just for the fact that i run my car and bigger rims slow you down
