Need tail light help!!

Hi,guys (new to forum) i just bought my new honda accord 1990 great car so far no major problems so i wanna upgrade parts on it. Searched the web for ideas and came a across a cool mod with a guys tail light that he did to his car made the rear signal lights all white, so only have red ( brake lights) white ( signal & reverse lights) But the good thing is that he did it home made customly not even needing to buy lights (EURO)

So thought it will be cool to do that but cant really figure out how he did it so if any one has any suggestions please relpy & if you have any other cool home made upgrades that can be done plz reply

i have Honda emblem center caps for your rims...slightly used n will sell to u for $10 plus n u pay for shipping

well here in colorado there is a guy that dose that, i think he bleaches the parts o the tal lights you want white. but im not for sure
