Need tires for my 2002 EX V6 Accord

Hi all!
 
I need your help! I need to replace tires on my EX V6 2002 Accord. I would like to have a 4 seasons tire since I'm living in Montreal. I also have winter tires but just in case i do not change them on time.... :)
 
What I'm looking for is a tire that can take lot of road, mostly highway, quiet, and smooth.Good in heavy rain condition, and that can also be safe with little bit of snow.  I'm not looking for a high performance tire (these years are way behind me....!!) but a good value tire that can give me the performance when I feel it (not so often now!) and security and confort most part of the time!

It's difficult to find a really quiet all season tire because of the way the tread is designed.  Personally I'm a big fan of Falken Ziex tires for most conditions, I have driven them in the winter in Montana and they aren't the best but they work
