New gaskets and belts, now what

well, I just got most of the gaskets replaced, timing belt, and balance shaft belt. What would the best thing to get next on a $320 budget?

I hope You also replaced all seals and the water Pump when doing the Belts.
My Accord at 138K I did all the Belts , tensioners and water pump at the same time.
Save your $$$  You might need it for some minor repairs coming up.
