Looks great.
The cost for replacing the brakes @ Midas is a little oer $300.
But this would make future brake jobs easier.
 
Seems well worth it to me, and I most likely will be ordering a pair  in the future since I need new brakes.
 
What is the difference between the Akebono and Nissins?
 
One question though, if I were to get a conversion, and then later down the road I need new pads or rotors, will I be able to get them from a place such as Autozone, and what would you tell them part wise?  Or b/c it is a conversion, is it much harder to find the part?

if they are Nissin it says nissin right on the caliper
the rotors are just stock rotors off the 6th gen 98-02 accord

How many pistons does the AKE's have over The Nissin.

They're both 1 piston I believe.

They are both 1 piston.  Most 90-93 have Nissin calipers, and most 94-97 have Akebono but there some cars where that is not the case.

what size are the rotors?
stock size?
or bigger?

I'm going to assume they are stock size because they don't have the brackets in the picture and 1-piston calipers sound a little flimsy for bigger rotors.

This kit uses your factory caliper therefore the rotor is factory sized
