newb with steering wheel question

I just bought a very used 99 Accord 4 door 4 cyclinder. I do a lot of detail work on my own and the only thing I have not been able to fix is the crappy steering wheel. It is a light grey and has cracks in it and dryed out. I would like to put a nicer looking and performing steering wheel on my car. After doing research and searching forums I have not been able to find a good answer as to what will fit my car. I would really like to keep the air bad function if possible. So if you have any info on what will fit my car let me know.

That's a HARD one.... aftermarket steering wheel with stock air bag configuration... Why not just replace it with OEM?

Well it's not impossible but I don't know where to get one..

staying OEM is fine. I would really to know if the Integra steering wheel or one of the acura vehicles has one that will fit. I do not like the current look of the 99 steering wheel. If I could get something a little sportyer that would be nice. Thanks for the info on the cover either way.

The only Honda steering wheel I can think of you might like is the S2000 one. As far as installing and using the airbag, I don't know if it is even possible.

The Integra one isn't much different from what you have...the RSX one is nice if you want a big Acura logo on your wheel......

Does the RSX fit? and will the airbag work? I really do not care about the acura symbol. I am really more concerned with comfort.

That is a tough one......maybe one of the Honda techs can help......

I don't know if either would fit or if either would be able to use the airbag. I have never seen it done.
