I have an 03 EX that I bought new and for some reason it is one of the only ones I have seen without an antenna (the blob looking one above the rear window). Does anyone know where to get one?

I'm pretty sure that the 'blob' antenna you're looking at is for XM Radio.
If you don't have XM, you don't need this antenna.
The antenna for AM/FM is part of the diversity antenna included in the rear window grid.
