Greetings everyone! I just thought I would say hi and introduce myself. My name is David and my wife and I just picked up our 5th Accord for our oldest daughter. We've been Honda lovers for years. My wife had a 1990 4dr LX and a 1995 (or 6) 4dr SE. I bought a 1992 4dr LX 5spd when I graduated from college and later a 2002 2dr EX-L 5spd (which I traded for my work truck - a Chevy Avalanche). We've always enjoyed putting in minor tweaks here and there. I put K&N's in everything I drive and usually fog lights. The 1992 Accord I had a K&N cold air, DC Sports header, Tokico shocks and Eibach springs, fog lights and a spoiler. I drove it until it hit 180,000 and then traded it for a Honda Odyssey (which I put a K&N in...just had to).
Anyhow...our newest is a 1998 EX v6 with only 88,000 miles on it. I flew down to FL to get it and drove it back to Maine. Rides like a dream and goes like it just drove off the showroom floor. The previous owner only put a spoiler and chrome rims on her (Honda rims I think as the emblem is the H) otherwise it's stock. I just dropped a K&N replacement in it for now. It is for our 19 yr old who probably would like the extra HP as would our insurance company when she gets a ticket.
I'll see if I can get a pic tomorrow. I went through my old emails looking for the one that included the pics our daughter took but could only find her college bill reminder!

You'll be please to know that I've already resolved two issues with the 98 Accord thanks to the forum. The first was a broken maplight button the second was a burnt out clock bulb.
