power windows problem

i have a 95 accord ex sedan. the 2 front windows are really slow and sometimes cant even go up all the way. i had the feeling that something was not allowing them to function properly. i took the door panel off and took a look. the 2 wires that are pulled when u try to pull the window up or down, well as soon as u hit up or down one of those wires tighten against the window. thats where i think the problem is. qhat should i do.also the windows are forced off the tracks when going up or down

In the DIY section open the link in the ACC 5th gen thread.  That site has pdfs of a 94 shop manual.  You probably need to adjust and lube the tracks (it should be in the body mechanical pdf).  You might also want to lube where the cable goes over the plastic guide too.

Thanks alot, i lubed the tracks and it helped only a bit.  I think i have to tighten the wires or adjust the tracks, but i don't know how to do either.  I can do it if someone told me how.
