My friends Pontiac Grand am V6 3.2l just beat my buddys Lexus V8 5.0... ( both totally stock) in a 1/4 mile... the grand am wants to race me now.. What does anyone think.. do i have a chance or will i just be humiliated ?

I wouldn't think you have a chance. What model Lexus does your buddy have? I can't believe he got beat. Is the Grand Am supercharged or something? I still have a 91 Mustang 5.0 that has 179k on it and it would still smoke either one of my accords.

Basically, w/ the older 4 cyl. Accords...you are pretty much SOL against a v6.

Its a 94 lexus and a 99 grand am.. i donno what happend with the race.. i think ima still run the grand am just for the heck of it..Neither one of them has done anything to the cars so i donno.. the lexus is really sluggish

it never hurts to try... unless you're road racing and risking other peoples lives then I'd say stop it....
