rear drum to disk conversion for 99 2.3L sedan

I'm looking for any information regarding converting the rear drum brakes to disks on my 99 LX  2.3L VTEC  Sedan.  Any known availible kits or any other Honda / Accord  models that were equipped with rear disks from the factory that will swap over to my car. 
Anybody or anything that can help will be much appreciated!  Thanks.

i have a 95 ex 2dr w/ rear disc brakes.  do the research let me know if the fit and you can buy them they are used, not perfect but i am parting out the car so let me know.
