remote starter/ windows

i want to get a remote starter put on my car that will start/ kill the engine, pop the trunk, and roll my windows down.   The dude at best buy said i would need to get an actuator for my windo in order to do this but i cant seem o find this anywhere....   i keep getting window regulator  which im sure i already have since i have power windows.....    any advice would be heplful

best bet is to go to a car audio store since they specialize in car electronics
