What kind of kit would i need to get a removable steering wheel for an 05 accord?

i presume you'd be giving up your airbag?

bad day finch?
actually, i wouldnt hate too much on this, depending on the reasoning behind it.
One of my friends in phx had his scion box shaped car stolen 3x in a year. He went with a removable wheel for theft purposes. so far its worked flawlessly.
For any other purpose though...

trust me. i have considered it.
every time i see him i ask if his car has been stolen again. his response, 'not yet.'

LOL^. Not a bad day, just sounded extremely rice to me. Reminds me of TFATF: Tokyo Drift where Lil' Bow Wow walks around everywhere with his steering wheel.

I agree with the long grain feel to the whole issue.

Other than for theft protection (and there are better ways IMO), I think the idea is comical.

i think they are pretty stupid because you lose the airbag but in cases like this they can be pretty cool...
im in the red gli in the back but we were doing about 90 on the way to a meet at UMD and the driver of the WRX (full sti+more upgrades) takes off his steering wheel and hands it to the passanger out the sunroof...pretty ridiculous if you ask me

the only way i would consider one is if i had a roll bar and harnesses(which i''ll have soon).
cause with harnesses you arent going to move, so there isnt a point in having a airbag
I''m considering the Mugen wheel, look sweet, makes the car hard to steal, and saves the weight of the air bag

Holy unsafe driving, Batman.
