Hi everyone - Great site and even better advise. I'm going to try and remove my door panels this weekend for demp job, but i was hoping someone can guide me on the "how to remove" part of this project. I was going to Honda tomorrow and buy some extra clips and other screws just in case I loose any or better yet break them. Can anyone give me a guide to or some simple advise as to what should be removed 1st & 2nd?

Right behind the door handle is a cover.  There is a little clip on the side facing the rear of the car.  Push it in and pull the panel out.  This hides 2 screws.

There is another panel in the armrest of the door.  Just pull that out as its not attatched to anything.  This hides another screw.

Then pop off the mirror sail panel from the top first and then pull it off.

Next, start pulling from the bottom front part of the panel and youll pop out the 2 poppers.  Then 3 along the bottom and then 2 more on the rear facing side.  Then just raise it up off the door lock.

Now youll have the fun part of removing the door release cable.  Its pretty easy to figure out how, just a PITA to do it.

Then disonnect the power window wiring plug and youre done.

Only took me 2 hours to figure all that out.
