shocks/springs for my 94 Ex

I was thinking about getting some KYB GR-2 springs and struts.  They are pretty cheap on Ebay.  Im looking for something that will give me better handling with a decently smooth ride.  Is this a good choice?
 
 

I have never personally used KYB shocks/struts but they seem to be a forum favorite and come highly recommended from people that have them....  How cheap are they? who makes the springs?

Dang, $330 with shipping, thats really cheap.  Of course, I have never heard of Vogtland springs, either.  But hey, if you do get them, let me know how it works, Im looking for some springs/struts for my car at a low price lol.
