My 94 Accord LX 5 speed recently has had problems starting. Sometimes it'll fire up on the first time, but most of the time, I have to play with the clutch and the ignition to get it started.

Sometimes it will try to start and I'll get one crank of the engine out of it, before I have to take out the key and try again. Other times, it just won't even try. Probably the starter, possibly the ignition switch?

it sounds like you are not pushing the clutch in all the way. if you want to start your car...push the clutch all the way to the floor. if you are doing this then you may be having a problem with the switch on your clutch. you can take the two wires leading to it and cut them and splice them together. you may have two switches though. one will disengage as soon as you start to press the clutch (this is for the cruise control and this is not the switch you want to mess with.) the other one will engage
