Yesterday, my stock radio of my 04 Accord Coupe Ex V6 just went blank for no reason. The LCD is blank and its not showing any text (like clock, climate control temp, track number etc). Its neither playing cds nor radio. I was able to eject all cds out so it means that there is power. Other than that the anti-theft light on it keeps flashing, even when the car is running.
I've checked all the fuses and everything looks fine. Anyone has any idea what the problem might be ??

There is a bulletin about the display going blank or dark. Not sure about it not playing though.

I'm not sure but it may need an anti-theft code. eventhough you didnt steal it if you take out the battery the anti-theft will activate. but this is just a guest. if you contact honda they would probably tell you what happen.. maybe free maybe not..

Can anyone help me on this. I have the same problem. The display went out, but radio, cd and clock works. I just can't see the display. During the day when it's light out, the reflection off the LED allows me to vaguely see the display. But at night nothing. Anyone had this problem? Thank you for your help!!!

i've seen these problems alot. They both seem to be completely different. The first HAS to be a fuse, MAKE SURE! i blew my fuse in my car when i installed my amp... it's the radio fuse inside the driver kick panel
As for the second... the display has gone out. You have to get a new Honda radio
