Take me on a test drive! DC metro area

Hi all,

My car was just totaled, and I'm looking to replace it.  I'm mostly deciding between a 2002-2003 maxima, and a 2003 honda accord (EX coupe automatic).

I've driven the maxima, and while I loved the power, it felt a little boat-like to me.

Would anyone in the DC metro area be kind enough to take me out for a spin in an 03 coupe?  (6cyl, automatic)

you could always go to a dealership just to drive one.

Ya, dealerships are a tremendous pain in the butt though.

but they are a lot easier than tryin to find a total stranger to let you drive their car, or even give you a ride...good luck with that.

Dealer would not let me get on the gas AT ALL when I test drove.. no good.

That's crappy....  I've had dealers tell me to punch it so I could feel the power.... 

hey zero ..... what are they going to do if you do get on the gas, not try to sell you the car?  Next time they tell you that, ask what they are trying to hide.  It's a Honda, you can't hurt it unless you are N-bombing it!

Come to think of it ...... I may go out this weekend to test drive autos so I can power-launch them out of the dealer's lot!!!
