Im putting everything back together from my headgasket replacment, i marked most of the tubes and hoses i took off in and around the intake man. but i cant fig out where the braided red hose goes?
anyone??

if you had a picture that'd help a ton but if I was to make a guess usually braided hoses are fuel lines or brake lines.... it's most likely going to be a line that carries some pressure (I.E. Fuel, Brake etc)

naw is not a steel braided line is a red fabric woven around a rubber hose: also its coming out of the charcol canister on the firwall if that helps
