If you want cut offs anywhere near the TL's, than do a retro, but expect to pay a lot to produce one.

the car looks great. I love the paint and wheels. first thing I would do is drop it because the front wheel gap makes me want to kill someone. I personally don't think blackhoused head lights would look good on blue paint but whatev.
p.s. - nice chica in the background

no go with black housing. i have the same care as you with black wheel, carbon fiber tail lights, black housing head lights, and it looks good. i would put up a pick but my camera broke so i cant. but if i find a way ill put one up. and yea i agree you need to lower it a lil bit

Your car looks good! As far as headlights go, go with TYC and put some HID's in em'

I'm not very fond of the pin stripes, but if you like it, more power to you.

Thats the thing I already have HID lights. I think their called GENESIS. Their output is 60000K. They are nice as hell but I wanna put some aftermarket projector headlights with a cut off line. I dont think if I buy the TYC's I would be able to use my stock HID's. They TYC's bulb size is H3 I think meanwhile my accords stock are 9006. What do you guys think? I will post more pix today if it doesn't freaken rain. Its been raining like 4 days straight in Ventura!!!

As far as the loweing goes. The rear tires are sticking out past the fender well. I tried to put an Eibach kit on it but the dude at the shop said my offest is off and the tires are sticking out by an inch. If he does drop it the fender will rub up against the tires which wont be good. Theres got to be a way to make the tire not rub on the fender and not have to cut or bend the fender itself. I dont know too much about this. I have 18's wrapped in Kumho 225's I believe. Anyone know anything?

Don't put HID's on TYC's. I think you mean 6000k not 60,000k.
What's the offset on the wheels? You could get a rear camber kit and put some negative camber on them so they tuck a little more into the fender wells. All sedans have issues with the rear wheels hitting/rubbing. Its usually on the rear bumper tabs.

This looks very nice in the dark! I have them on the doors, map lights, trunk, and dome light. Soon putting in the shifter to light up red and getting some underdash and under seat LED's as well.
