I live in MD and had 20% on my 98 Accord and never got a ticket. I do drive with the windows down 90% of the time though. I've actually got an appointment to get 35% put on my new 07 Accord tomorrow. I'd rather put 20% on but I dont want to chance getting a ticket.

Heath... u some type of criminal?? lol pretty sick vehicles man.. looks like EVERYTHING about your accord would be illegal out here in VA... make me wish i was back in Cali
