Tranmission leak. Pic.

Hello Honda Forum.
It is my sisters car. 1993 Accord, 4 cyl, auto, 132,000 miles.

The transmission started leaking today from a leak hole near the shift cable. Are there any servicable parts that may cause this.
I found a picture in a different post that shows the leak hole I am reffering to.
Any links to previos posts with this problem would be great or some info on what may be cusing this would be good too.

Took the Accord to the shop this morning. They called and told me the trans case is cracked. On my way up there to have them show me the "crack".

At the shop the mechanic removed one of the parts shown in the pic that revealed a crack inthe case just above the shifter cable. Appears as something let loose inside the case and caused it to crack. $1500 hundred for a used trans and $500 for the labor. Gonna let it go to Honda heaven.

Bummer! You might as well try to part it out before you go to cash it in for scrap and the junkyard.
