either way your gas mileage goes down the drain......... but you get bettter gas mileage with turbos apposed to a built N/A motor
but if gas mileage is what your worried about buy a prius

i dunno im not an expert with turbos but with 91k miles you might want to replace some of the stock parts so you dont blow anything. and its fine with auto tranny you just cant run as much boost as you could if u had manual.

You need to educate yourself on how turbos make power, A/F tuning, spark timing, etc. before you will be able to take on this kind of project without killing your motor. The electronic device that you are talking about is the Escort G-Timer. Pleae edit all of the curses out of your previous posts.

how much boost are you looking to push ..... or how much HP at the wheels ...... realistically.

In a general sense...
More HP = More Combustion = More gasoline spent..
I don't think that's really hard to consider..

My cigarette lighter tells me everything about my car, and the world

Nah, probably just the power source?
