With 200k on the odometer...do a leakdown and compression test.

READ!!!!  you need to know EVERYTHING about turbo systems to run an aftermarket turbo safely so you know how to deal with problems and to get it tuned properly.

where do i go for that? and is that it?

first search for turbo, bov, intercooler, wastegate, turbo timer, ignition, e-manage, etc.  and read everything on those topics then you will know what else you need to do.
