I would recomend KONI's 5 way adjustable struts, and Ground Countrol Coilovers. The ride would be smoother then stock even at the max 4" drop.

A'pexi WS Dampers, I love em. can go up or down forever and stiff, yet comfortable.

I'm exceedingly happy with my Koni's and Eibach progressives...It lowered my ride like....maybe 2 inches but the handling is stellar...remember its not the lower the better...

I'm running goldlines on my 93 accord plus kuhmo escatas right now can't beat the handling improvement. I would not run coilovers thought they tend to clunk and unless its a race car after you lower it theres no point in changing ride height.

Hi Kristen..
I'm preferential to the Dynamic Auto Designed DropZone springs myself.
They are one of the true lowering springs and not just a cut spring.
They have a correct spring rate and ride height for your car.
Your lowering size for your Honda is 2.5" Front and also 2.5" in the rear.
E-mail me and I can give you any other info you are requesting...
Merry Christmas..

Hey there, sorry to revive a dead thread, buuut i dont see a reason in making a new one to talk about comments already made. Anyway, I got a cd7 im looking to drop around 2in and ive been told that one of the best possible setups without going coilovers is going to be KYB AGX's with Ground Controls, buuut instead of GC's i was thinking Eibach Sportlines b/c GC's got Eibach springs and i really dont need to be able to adjust the height. Sooo I guess what i am looking for is a lil feedback on KYB GR-2's b/c they are cheaper and i honestly dont even think i need the adjustability that comes with the AGX's.
I noticed WheelBrokerAng, you said you were slightly biased towards the dropzones.........anyreason?? I only ask b/c i havent really heard anything good about them before and soo I'm kinda skeptical about em. I did find these dropzone strut and spring combo that seems like a good deal if they ride good, buut everyone i have talked to says they doubt they would be much good. any thoughts:
Dropzone Springs n Shocks THANKS, in advance!
