This is what I use now: http://lubecontrol.com/ (FP60) but Chevron's Techron is among the best for over the counter purchase. Fuel Power is added to every tank @ 1ounce per 5 gallons. I used Techron roughly every 3000 miles or if I noticed a rough idle, whichever came first. For the Techron get the large bottle that treats 20 gallons, pour it in and fill 'er up!

The Fuel Power is more than just a cleaner. Many people enjoy higher miles per gallon with use. Our '03 Corolla gained 2.5 MPG over several tanks and is now consistant at that level. My '04 Accord 2.4 5 speed manual gained 1.5 MPG after two tanks of fuel and is now constant at that level.

Thank you for the information. Question, by using these products, does this eliminate having to have the injectors cleaned periodically by a mechanic (assuming rough idle/decreased fuel mileage, etc. is not a factor)?

Hi Again..

I personally use Lucas Products for my cars..they have about 20 different products on the market and most of their products seem to work very well. I add about every 5,000 miles on the injector fuel...

Now you have more porducts to research...

I have never had to take a fuel injected car in for cleaning/flushing so the answer is yes. By keeping the injectors clean there should be no need for other servicing.

Lucas products are world wide and universally accepted. They make a terrific fuel system cleaner.
