im sure people will correct me if im wrong,     the engine is a J30a4,   10:1 compression,    headers/exaust manifolds arent made becuase  they are welded to the head(which is the upper half of the combustion chamber which houses the cam, valves, valve springs etc)  changing the headers means a crap load of custom work unless you can swap them with another honda/acura head,   and there are two heads cause its a v6 btw

Compression ratio is the volume of the combustion chamber compared to the cylinder displacement.  On your engine, a cylinder moves 0.5L per cycle (2 piston cycles per revolution of the engine).  A 10:1 CR means that you combustion chamber is 0.05L.  The pistons must be rated for this CR or better.

Heads are the upper half of the engine that contain the valves, springs, rockers,  ports, camshaft(s) and  combustion chamber.   An inline engine has 1 head and header while a V has 2.
