I did a four wheel alignment on my car but know i've notice that the passenger side of the car sit a lillte bit higher than the drivers side front and rear . Is it possible that the wrong alignment could mess up the ride hight? ( 2004 accord coupe ) .

Try that signature again.  For some reason, I can't see the year, model and trim of your car.

No, alignment doesn't change ride height at all. Maybe your drivers side springs are starting to sag

this is normal for every car, the drivers side to sag due to the drivers weight causing extra stress and fatigue. This also contributes to spring sag and damper wear at a more accelerated rate vs the passenger side, the only way to make sure this is fixed by going to a coilover adjustable ride height suspension.
Then you can have your car corner weighted so your car so its back to flat again.
You will have a pull to the left naturally because of this wear and tear on the car.
