Does anyone have suggestions for a wheel cleaner that would be safe for my painted wheels with aluminum lip?

No personal experience but I've only seen positive comments on this one:

Im useing wetpaintglaze for my wheels now also, but if you need a product that really does and outstanding job on all metals then go to your store of choice and buy a little jug of Blue Corals Metal Polish..clear coat safe and it really makes them shine...

Mine are painted black with the lip aluminum, I'm just looking for a spray to use for brake dust/dirt, etc.. before using the Wet Paint

Thanks guys!

Save the money! Just use the WP, it won't scratch the wheels but have plenty of terry towels ready.

I just use soap and water on my rims with a microfiber towell. It pulls that crap right off...ahha I am prolly the only one who has a CL type S without scratched rims

I just use car wash...works well and then if I am polishing/waxing I use the Wet Paint.

I have always wanted to go to that Top Of The Line detailing store, it used to be along my way to a place I did some contract work at, but I haven't gone up there for a year. Would have been quite interesting to go to a store with a whole selection of uncommon detailing products....
