I have a 1999 Accord LX (v6) with stock 15-inch alloy wheels and am thinking about going plus 1 or plus 2 to 16-inch or 17-inch diameter wheels. If at all possible I would like to stick with Honda OE rims. I know that these diameter wheels were offered on the 2004-2007 Accords and wondered if anyone has tried this, or know if it will work. I understand that the offset is a factor for clearance purposes, as well as bolt pattern. Thanks everyone!

Not sure, but remember it will mess up your speedometer/odometer (speed will read slower than you are really going & miles driven will show less than you have actually traveled).  And the tires will cost more cause you'll have to buy them lower profile (if the wheels fit)

If the outter circumferance compensates for the rim size change, you can minimize or eliminate speedo error.  See below:

Thanks for the info - what I can't seem to determine is the compatability of 2003-06 16" oem wheels to a 1999 accord with 15" oem wheels. Bolt pattern and offset specifically. Anyone know where I can find these numbers? Thanks!

They'll fit, most OEM honda wheels have a stock offset of +55. All 98-02 V6's have 5x114.3 and all 03-07 have 5x114.3
