Get an AEM or INJEN cold air intake

anyone seconds that idea of getting CAI? instead of SRI?

honestly, I wouldn't worry about a bypass valve. Just don't forge any puddles.
And I personally like the AEM V2 which was kind of like a CAI and a SRI all in one.

Most hi-quality CAIs go for around 200-300...depending on the brand. AEM is a bit cheaper.

i like the cold air intakes better then short ram. the short ram will get u there air qwuicker but its hotter air. the cold air intake will get it air just not as fast. ya the bypass valves usually dont even fit. my bypass valve didnt fit so i left it off and it works great

So i should get the AEM V2? Besides price, would would be the big difference from CAI from V2? Also, which would provide more Horsepower? I just want me car to be better - o -;;

I think you've already decided, but if you don't want to spend a whole lot then an SRI wouldn't be bad. AEM makes a really good one which comes with the dryflow filter for around 100, or you could even do an ebay SRI for 30bucks.
As advised early, the AEM V2 is pretty much the best CAI out there.

so to increase my speed this is my plan. 1. intake 2. Header 3. Spark Plug 4. Exhaust is there anything else that i can get that will help? besides new engine and turbo of course that cost a tad too much for my bank. Also on top of getting those 4 items must i change anything else? My car is stock and wondered if i need to replace anything to make it stronger for those 4 items. Don't want my car to break down on me while i drive >_<

Get a strut bar. Holds engine tighter. DC Sports is probably one of the best manufacturers.
These mods are like bolt on, so the stock should be able to handle it. As long as you don't plan to lower your car, it should be fine.

ahhh dang... i did plan to lower my car... The body is like 4 fingers above my tires... wanted like 2 fingers above my tires... dang is that a problem?

No...two fingers is about 2", the stock shocks should be able to handle it. Get a coilover kit.
