I have a '99 EX coupe.
Rim size: 17x7.5
Bolt pattern: 5x114.3
Offset: 45
Tires: Sumitomo HTRZ II
Size: 205/50 ZR17

Well the thing is he's selling his rims with these tires already mounted on. They have about 75% tread remaining so I didnt want to have to buy new tires. Are they going to look too skinny?

well use the tires that are on that wheels now. and when the tread wears out and its time for new tires then go with some 215/45/17

I second 02Blue's recommendation. The 205s wont be too skinny, per se, but 215s or even 225s would be better on a 7.5 inch wide wheel.

Here is the ad posted by the guy i bought them from:
http://chicago.craigslist.org/chc/pts/282653038.html They are in very nice condition, tires look almost new. The only thing is when i got them on my car there was barely any clearance (only about 3mm) between the wheel and my brake caliper so I took them off. Is there a spacer solution to this, or would hub rings work?
