Working out today - Page 2

That's what I just realized when I read your post.  I have seen that happen in other workout places where people get into each other's faces.

I have lost all respect for anyone who has a "blackbelt" or whatever in any kind of martial arts.  I have seen several "blackbelts" get their @$$ whipped by guys who never even took the first martial arts class.  Don't believe me? Some blackbelts are amazing. They can kill a person with a single punch. They did a show on some of the top black belts in the world and found that their punches put out as much force as a car hitting you. If those blackbelts went on UFC there would be a whole lot of dead people.

I doubt it.  Those "death punches" would need to be done on a person who was standing still so they could hit the exact right spot.  I think the UFC has exposed martial arts for how overrated they really are.  IMO Quentin Jackson or Chuck Liddell could whoop Chuck Norris's @$$.  Jet Li would become a grease spot on the canvas.

Chuck Norris is nobody but an overrated ACTOR. He sucks. Id say it to his face, Randy!

I assume he is referring to Couture, the current UFC heavyweight champ.  I spend waaaayyy too much money on those pay per views! 

I watch them at a friend's place & I recognize names and some fighters, but I don't follow any sports stats or records. 

Sorry sports buffs, but I hardly even get to watch TV.

no, I have Direct TV ..... actually my Dad does.  If it were my choice it would be IO, but that's besides the point.  I'm hardly ever at home.  I work in NYC and the commute is rediculous.  I'm on HAF in the office and most of my work is on paper.  We do a 4.5 day week, so the days are an hour longer than normal.  On top of that, I work on my own projects and I couldn't bill that time to my full-time job.  Now I'm taking SCUBA lessons that get me home just before midnight and I've been out of town most weekends lately.

..... wow!!!  just loked out the window and it sucks out there!!!!  Sheets of rain in NYC!!!

I wish my office had 4.5 day work weeks
I come in early and stay late anyway!

yah its a syndicated morning show on radio, kinda like howard stern without the idiocy.. smaglik has probably heard it. Its broadcast from Indy.

That's what I figured.  Down here we have Lex and Terry.  They are broadcast out of Dallas/Fort Worth, but they broadcast the show across the country and some on XM radio.  Another channel we have these morons called John Boy and Billy - they've been on ever since I can remember, but I don't listen to them all that much cause Lex and Terry are pretty good.

i listen to bob and tom out here as well.  they are syndicated in flag.  nat familiar with that line though, but i dont hear that much of them.  pretty funny though.

i summed it up as that guy just was having a bad day and took it out on me.  lol! yeah, its interesting how a day or two will make you forget stupid stuff like that.
