Price: Trade for track beater or daily driver
Description:
1998 Honda Accord LX 4 door Automatic, 2.3L 150hp 4 Cylinder Vtec with 67,000 miles on new/used F23 motor. Body and transmission have 127,000 miles on them. The car is white and has a tan cloth interior and runs perfect. I am looking to trade for a different daily driver or track beater.
The good: Needs nothing!
-Khumo Ecsta ASX All-Season tires with only 15,000 miles on them since mount/balance/alignment $400.00
-Brand new timing belt/balance shaft service done/water pump $700.00
-New/Used F23 2.3L 150hp Vtec Motor with 67,000 miles on it with recipt/install records
-Vtec Silinoid replaced $287.00
The bad:
-College parking lot bump, front right fender has a very large dent, I personally didn''t give a crap about it and it doesn''t look too bad nor does it hinder drivability in any way. The fender can be swapped out with a junk yard fender for $80 bucks and paint labor...
-The car is ten years old and does have minor blemishes but zero rust and nothing that is noticable unless you look for it
Overall:
The car has no mechanical problems what so ever and runs very well. I get 25mpg city with this and about 30mpg or so on the highway. I am just looking for a toy instead of a dependable daily driver. The car has power windows, locks and mirrors as well
KBB:
Good Condition with 127,000 on it lists for $4,165.00 however this car has only 67,000 on the motor... which would put it at $5,500.00, use your discretion.
Recent work done between tires, timing belt/water pump/balance shaft, Vtec silinoid and motor total $2,000+. PM me if interested in a trade.
