XM Satellite Radio on 2008 Accord

Can anyone comment on using the XM satellite radio on the Nav. display in 08 Accord?  How is channel surfing with the new knob?

I actually love the knob in the 08 accord,  a friend of mine has an 06 tsx w/ NAVI and I found the touchscreen to be a little off (or maybe i just have bad aim with my fingers )  If i'm not mistaken, channel surfing is done with buttons on the dash it self, as well as a category button.  Just bought it maybe 3 days ago so I can't remember off hand
