there is no blue wire for remote turn-on. blue/white is an aftermarket color code, not a factory color code. the factory system doesn't need a turn-on if there isn't an external amp.

you have a few options.

1. get a line output converter (LOC) with auto-turn on to generate a remote turn-on signal. such as Audio Control LC2i

2. Tap the head unit ignition turn-on wire and leave the head unit on all the time. if you do this and shut the HU off the amp will remain on and is likely to have pops and thumps. you can add a toggle switch to allow you to turn the sub amp off when you turn the HU off (remember amp off first and amp on last).

3. Use an amp with high level inputs and auto turn-on so you don't need a remote.
