Default GSM Mobile connection

I have this cord coming out from the console box with one end as the adaptor for a mobile phone. How Can i get my NOKIA phone hooked up in this cord. If i do, will it work as hands free phone?

Also pls inform if one knows how to use these VOICE COMMANDS buttons installed on the Steering wheel?

If you have a new Accord then I belive your Nokia needs to have Bluetooth technology. Talk to your dealer and they will explain everything.

Thanks Remington870. Yes i have a new Accord 2003. I know i can get my Nokia connected via Bluetooth. But i need to use the built in phone features of the car. Where you can dial from touch screen Navi system and recevie and end calls from the Steering Wheel buttons.
