Default Pandora Issues

My 2016 Accord Sport model will not play Pandora. I have two Iphones The main is loaded and has the Pandora App. The next phone is and older model loaded but there is no Pandora. The car will not load the Pandora. Here is what I see. On the Bluetooth list I show the main phone listed and is highlighted, on the far right the phone is lit up but the music thing is not lit up. However my phone the second phone is not highlighted but the far right shows the phone is not lit up but the music thing is lit. This is not right. My wifes phone is the one with Pandora and should be lit. We cannot get Pandora having two phones loaded at least for now. If I remove my phone everything will work fine. I thought we could several phones, can anyone help us here thanks Tom

hi, Tom.

it sounds like the head unit is defaulting to your phone as primary. when you manually select your wife's phone you may need to tell her phone (through BT connection settings) that you want to connect media/audio as well. each phone has the option of turning media/audio on or off.
