So what are you wanting to do?

Not sure of the base you are starting with but have you looked at the F23's?

I actually have looked at f23s also the f22a6, Ive read that those have nice head flows and are good for low boost turbo , but I love the Vtec ! I know I can rig a lot of different parts that are f series and h. To be honest on a low budget but I know if you want quality it's going to cost, but If can get some guidance it will be awsome

Almost all of the f23 are vtec, I think there was one odd ball -f23a5 ?

Again, the f23 are easier to find and will have less miles on them than most of the other choices. There are just a few minor things you will have to sort out. There is a wrote up in here somewhere that has most everything you will need to know.

Don't know what year your car is and what the local laws are so some other things might be needed depending on those.

The vtec you find in f23s and f22s isn't power making vtec like that of the h22a, b16a etc. The vtec in the f23 is fuel economy vtec. Not to mention all the high horsepower hondas don't use vtec anyways.

Ya that's true f23 Vtec is more fuel efficiency, I'm thinking if just getting a obd1 h22 with tranny that way it produces more power on accord chassis ,,
