Default High pitched squeal

Hello everyone my name is Dustin and I have a squeal that is driving me absolutley nutts!! So first off i have a 2003 accord v6 6mt with about 80k miles. I have this high pitched squeAl that sounds like it is coming from the driver front side of engine. It does not make the sound while still but when actually moving and the position of throttle makes an impression. It never does it when I hit throttle hard but when I'm gentle on throttle and never cruising. Only when accelerating at a slow or even moderate pace. If the noise does stArt and I hit gas hard it will go away immediatley. I do have a cai but that's it. Does anyone know what this might be? I'm dying to know as it's driving me crazy. ThAnks to all that takes there time to reAd this and I hope someone can help me. Thanks

Does it make the squeal if you are sitting still and revving the engine?

No it does not do it while sitting still. I did however jack up the car and turn the front wheels and it didn't make the sound either. I'm not sure what else it could be. It sounds almost like a brake chirp but like a slightly looser sound than that. Any suggestions?

Check the brakes (just to rule them out). The calipers & pads shift position slightly when you get on & off the gas, & more so when you steer. The little screetch-tabs that are supposed to warn you about the brakes, can make all kinds of funny sounds when they just first begin to rub on the rotor.
