Default Honda Accord - P1166 and P1167 failures

I have been using Honda Accord CE 2002 and miles are 75K. Recently it started showing "Check Engine". When I showed to my local mechanic he said after scanning below are the reasons:

P1166 HO2S(B2) (S1) heater Failure
P1167 HO2S S1 Heater Failure

and asked me to go to some other place.

Do any one have any idea about these failuires and what might be the reason ?

Thanks for your help.
