I'm considering rebuilding a K20a cylinder head in my garage and installing it onto my accord's K24a8. I know the pistons will need to be swapped and new software is needed to interact with the ECU. I am planning on having the pistons swapped by a professional, but doing the head and timing myself, what other factors other than the ECU and pistons do I need to be aware of for this project?
