There's a lot of threads about swaps, and no single best answer. But 600+ hp is a lot, and will likely require tons of work ($$$) to make it even a little bit reliable.

the f22 is actually the best engine for boost, because it has steel cylinder walls and a low compression ratio.

The h22 is not good for turbos because it has frm cylinder walls and a high compression ratio.

boost your stock engine and you will see 300hp on about 2k worth of parts.
If your a auto trans for getabout it and spend your money on a 5speed swap be4 you even think of adding anymore power to your car.

the h22 sleeves are really good sleeves and very strong they just don't like aftermarket pistons. So it's really the compression ratio that holds the h22 back from boosting allot.
