Thanks for the help guys! I think i may have fixed the issue. I replaced the factory spring clamps on the LP side with worm clamps. I'm going to wait a few days and see if it leaks anymore.

Well I changed clamps on the LP side but im still getting a lot of overflow on cold mornings

Well i bought a new pump and thought that would fix the problem but it's still foaming up. The bubbles are going from left to right towards the passengers side of the car. Also my drivers side tie rod boot is leaking ps fluid

At tie rod it is high pressure. = no suction leak. AGAIN at the suction port on the pump. Remove the 10 mm cap screws. Pull the fitting off. REPLACE the o-ring with the new improved red o-ring from Honda. Cost .89 cents. This was even a subject of a recall on newer versions. WORSE when cold, Right! also mentioned in the recall.
